Stride Punting Tour

how to get to us

The easiest way to visit Cambridge by car is by using one of the 5 Park and Ride sites surrounding the city. The site best for you will depend on where you are coming from. Information on all of the Park and Ride sites can be found here: Park and Ride – Cambridge.

From the train station, take any bus into the city Centre. From the main city Centre bus terminal (Drummer St) our walking tour location is a 10 minute walk through the market square and our punting tour location is also a 10 minute walk along Bridge Street. From the city centre please type in Stride Walking or Stride Punting into the maps app on your phone.

Alternatively you can walk (30 minutes), or take a taxi from the station.

There are a number of multi story car parks in the city Centre that are great for both our Punting and Walking Tours. Both tours start close to the centre so the walk from any city centre multi-storey carpark is no more than 15 minutes. Please see the Cambridge City Council site for more information.

Please note that traffic can be extremely heavy in the city Centre, especially at the weekends. Please leave plenty of time to complete your journey to avoid arriving late.
